Eligibility
Unused products in original packing may be returned within 7 days of delivery where the item is eligible. Intimate us with your order number and mobile so we can guide the pickup or drop-off.
Not eligible
We cannot accept returns that are used, washed, damaged, missing tags or accessories, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Wrong or damaged item
If the product is damaged in transit or we sent the wrong item, share photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
