When we refund
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect a valid return, or if an order is cancelled before dispatch, or if an online payment succeeded but the order could not be fulfilled.
How you get the money
Online payments are refunded to the original method (UPI, card or net banking) through Razorpay. This usually reflects in 5–7 business days after we trigger the refund.
Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the details you share with us after the return is approved.
Shipping and COD fees
Shipping or COD fees may be deducted if the return is not due to a defect or our error.
